Here's the classic small boat you've always dreamed of having. The 20' Coho is built with the structural integrity and continuously-variable deadrise hull that have made Nexus famous. This beauty has a smooth motion in a chop and tracks straight. Her quiet ride and stability give the feel of a much larger and heavier boat.

We've made the Coho light, so you can have the quiet and economy of the new mid-size, 4-cycle outboards. A 90 HP outboard will push her 40 mph. If speed is what you're after, we've clocked her at 47 mph with a 115 HP outboard. We've been told by experienced boaters that this is the best running 20' hull they've ever driven. The twin 25 gallon fuel tanks will give you a range of 225 to 315 miles, depending on which outboard you choose.

We've made the Coho simple and beautiful. The cabin features a 6'8" double berth with a Porta-Potti under, and ample stowage. We finish the cabin interior in natural mahogany. You can enjoy the warmth of wood here without worrying about maintenance. Berth cushions with your choice of fabric, and a brass dome light complete a cabin that makes weekending delightful.

We've made the Coho versatile and easy to care for, so you can spend more time on the water. The 26" deep, 46 square foot self-bailing cockpit is well suited for active water sports. There's plenty of room for bait or fish wells, crab pots, dive gear, or ice chests. All exterior surfaces are epoxy-coated and painted with linear polyurethane paint in your choice of colors, so maintenance is mostly done with a hose. The trim can be painted as well, or else oiled or varnished for an elegant look.

Because of her size and light weight, the Coho is easy for one person to handle and trailer, yet she has room for the whole crew when the kids come to visit. An optional soft top extends the cabin's shelter from sun or bad weather. You can comfortably cruise sheltered waters, and still safely handle deep sea fishing.
